Trader termsVersion 2026-10

These terms apply when you apply for and book a trader table at a show run by Lockett Labs. By ticking the box on the application form you agree to them, so please read them first.

Applying. An application is a request for a table, not a booking. We review every application and may accept or decline any of them at our discretion. Please give accurate details: your invoice is made out to the business name and address you give us.

Your table. We decide where tables go and how many each trader gets. We will try to meet your requests but cannot promise a particular spot or neighbour. A standard table and what it includes are described on the form.

Confirmation and payment. Your table is confirmed once we have offered it to you and your invoice is paid in full by its due date. If an invoice is not paid by the due date, we may offer the table to someone else. Prices are shown on the form and on your invoice, with VAT added where it applies.

If we change or cancel the show. If we cancel, we refund what you paid us for your table in full. If we move the date, your booking moves with it; if you cannot make the new date, tell us within 14 days of the announcement and we will refund what you paid. Our responsibility to you is limited to the table fee: we are not responsible for travel, accommodation, stock or other costs.

If you cannot come. Tell us as soon as you can from your application page. Tables are not transferable to another trader without our agreement in writing.

On the day. Arrive and set up in the times we send you, keep within your space and keep walkways and fire exits clear, stay set up until the show closes, and leave your space clean. Please follow any instructions from our team or the venue.

What you sell. Everything you sell must be genuine, legal to sell in the UK and described honestly, including condition and grading. No counterfeit or unofficial reproductions sold as genuine, and nothing age-restricted without our written agreement. You are responsible for your own prices, receipts, consumer rights and tax. We may ask you to remove anything we consider unsuitable.

Your belongings and insurance. You are responsible for your stock, cash, card readers and belongings. We strongly recommend public liability insurance and cover for your stock.

Conduct. Our shows are friendly and family-welcoming. Treat visitors, other traders, our team and venue staff with respect. If these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken we may ask you to leave and may decline future applications.

Your information. We use your details to manage your application, your booking and your invoice. We only list your business on the show page if you say yes on the form, and you can change that at any time. Declined and withdrawn applications are deleted after a period; invoices are kept as long as the law requires. See our privacy policy for more.
