In 2022, a contest was held for artists to submit illustrations depicting a normal moment in a Pokémon’s daily life. Artists could choose from several preselected Pokémon to illustrate. More than 10,000 entries were submitted, and three illustrations were chosen to be made into promo cards: Arcanine by REND, Greninja by Taiga Kasai, and Bulbasaur by Julie Hang!
