Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Lockett Labs.

Products received in the condition described at the time of sale are generally not eligible for refunds or returns.

If your order arrives damaged during delivery, we may offer a replacement depending on stock availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued once the item has been returned and inspected.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, replacement or exchange, please contact us using our contact form.

  • Include your order number
  • Describe the issue clearly
  • Provide photos if damage occurred
  • Include courier packaging where possible

Order Communication

To ensure smooth order fulfilment, customers must remain contactable regarding any issues or verification requests.

Orders may be automatically cancelled if no response is received within 14 calendar days of our first contact attempt.

  • Customers must ensure contact details are accurate
  • Refunds follow our standard refund policy

Pre-order Cancellations

Pre-orders are secured specifically for customers and therefore cannot usually be cancelled once placed.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered where the item arrives damaged or destroyed during delivery.

Evidence of courier damage may be required before a claim can be processed.
